This event is for pastors, church leaders, missionaries, para-church leaders, ministry students and professors. Spouses are also welcome as our conference will include a special workshop track for ladies. Evening services are free and open to the public.
Pastoral staff members from Colonial as well as STS professors will be available for appointments during the conference. Our desire is to help you in any way we can while you’re here, answering specific, critical questions you may be facing or just spending a few minutes together in prayer. We will serve a continental breakfast and a complimentary lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. We will provide you a list of local restaurants where you can enjoy dinner.
No; however, October in North Carolina could remain warm and humid. (The average high temperature for mid-October is 70 degrees.) You may want to eat a meal, fellowship or enjoy some quiet time outdoors in the Courtyard.
The campus has free wifi available. The conference will also include an Internet Cafe where you can enjoy fresh coffee while connecting with others or catching up on assignments.
When you register you will receive a confirmation email. That email is your receipt and proof of registration. Please bring it with you when you arrive. When you arrive you will be given a nametag which will serve as your conference key to all sessions, meals and exhibits.
Yes, we’ve had international guests travel great distances to attend the conference. International registrants must make their own arrangements for travel and for tourist visas. We do NOT provide invitation letters.
