The Shepherds 360 National Church Leaders Conference offers an exhibit hall with carefully screened exhibitors. - Reserving a booth includes conference admission for one representative. Additional representatives must register for the event.
- Exhibitors have the option of placing an advertisement in the conference handbook.
- Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. As we have limited exhibit space and have sold out every year, we encourage you to register by August 30, 2018.
- Because of print demands, the deadline to place an advertisement is August 30, 2018.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2018 Shepherds 360 National Church Leaders Conference, October 15-17, 2018, in Cary, North Carolina. Each year, ministry and missions organizations provide valuable information and resources to our conference attendees. We are grateful to work alongside you as we exalt God and equip church leaders.
As you consider exhibiting, here is some key information about the 2018 conference.
At the first conference in 2014, attendance was approximately 450 pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, and spouses. In 2015 and 2016 attendance exceeded 600. In 2017 conference registrations exceeded 700.
Website Registration Process and Pricing.
All exhibitor registrations are handled through our conference website. Pricing will remain the same as 2017. We are offering special discounted exhibitor registration of $350 through January 31. From February 1 through March 31, exhibitor registration will be $400. On April 1 exhibitor registration will go up to $450. Please note that exhibitor registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Click here to register to exhibit at the 2018 conference.
We have limited exhibitor space available and we have sold out every year.
We accept registration on a first-come, first-served basis. While we try to accommodate every ministry interested in exhibiting, we must meet our deadlines for outside vendor set up and printing of the conference book. Therefore, please note the earlier registration and advertising deadlines below.
The exhibitor fee includes one free conference registration and meals for representative (a $199 value), display booth, table and chair. All display booths will have access to wifi. If you are bringing additional representatives, they will need to register separately here. Registration is required for all conference attendees and exhibitors.
Conference Book Advertising.
Exhibitors may purchase advertising in the 2018 conference book. Conference advertisements will be $200 for a 8.5-inch tall by 5.75-inch wide full-page color advertisement. Ad copy (press quality PDF; no bleeds or crop marks) is due to firstname.lastname@example.org by August 30. Copy received after that date is not guaranteed to appear in the conference book. No refunds will be given for ads where copy does not meet the above specifications or is received after August 30, 2018. Please note this earlier date.

Exhibit space will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis until all spaces are sold out. To ensure that your ministry organization is listed in the conference book, please register by August 30, 2018. Please note this earlier date. We have sold out every conference, so we encourage you to register early.
